Determinism vs Emergent Reality
Premise 1: Everything is made of atoms Premise 2: An atoms movement can be calculated, and predicted Conclusion: We can be calculated and predicted, removing all chance of free will as free will requires the possibility of choice and atoms do not have the possibility of choice (they can be predicted)

Premise 2 is a bit controversial and potentially false. In quantum mechanics, there are limits on what can be known simultaneously. Many interpretations treat some events as genuinely probabilistic. Even if the universe is deterministic underneath, we don't currently know that for certain. Also, if my decision comes from my own reasoning, values, experiences, and desires, that would still be free will, even if those processes are ultimately physical. The argument is a strong case for determinism, but it doesn't necessarily settle the free will debate. It mainly settles one specific definition of free will.
